If you use the word “poor” to describe yourself, and you would like to reach a point in your life where the label no longer applies to you, then this article is for you.

Our behavior is influenced by our beliefs and our beliefs come from what we repeat to ourselves in our heads over and over.

If you want to change what you are, you first need to change your beliefs and in order to do that, you must change the words you use when talking to yourself.

Or the words you use to describe yourself.

It all begins in the mind, so let’s examine three words, their connotations and why you needs to remove them from your internal monologue.

If you call yourself poor, then that is what you are.

After all you said it yourself. Maybe you clicked on this article because you saw the word “poor,” and thought it applied to you.

Being poor is a mindset, not a description of someone.

Now, you might think “but I see poor people everyday, I’m one of those people, because I never have money!”
